2009-06-02 10:59:25 -- San Diego -- Googlebase recently sent out a memo to all merchants letting them know about some upcoming changes. In response to these recommendations we have implemented the ability to map website categories and lists to Google Base "product types" (which are now a "strongly recommended" field). Zoovy will continue to submit products which do not have a product_type set using the same logic we've done in the past, however we encourage clients to take a few moments and go in and map their products in the Syndication / Googlebase area.
