Geographically Redundant Hosting Enviroments
Network Uptime: 99.99% network uptime excluding planned maintenance.
Hardware Maintenance: All hardware provided by Zoovy and maintained at its hosting facilities as part of the hosting agreement
OS & DB Maintenance: Routine maintenance includes updating operating system and database versions when made available for the purpose of security or performance enhancement.
Performance Monitoring: Continual performance monitoring of hardware and bandwidth.

**Hosting is including in contract agreement with Zoovy.
